Privacy Policy

The operator of personal data is Evgeny Igorevich Evstifeev, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 772790131150, a payer of professional income tax (hereinafter — the Operator).

This Policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data» and explains what data the Operator processes, why, and what rights you have.

The website eeiphoto.ru has no forms — there is nowhere to enter a name, phone number or email. The site does not use cookies, analytics systems, advertising trackers or third-party widgets. Fonts and all other resources are served from the Operator's own server, so your browser makes no requests to third parties.

The only technical exception is the web server log described in section 5.

Data reaches the Operator only if you write first — by email or via a messenger, using the contacts listed on the site. In that case the Operator receives what you chose to include in your message.

Typically this is: name, email address, phone number, and details of the requested shoot. If a shoot takes place, the Operator also processes the photographs taken.

Data is processed solely to communicate with you, agree on the terms of a shoot, carry it out and deliver the finished photographs.

Legal grounds: your consent, given by contacting the Operator (art. 6 part 1 clause 1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ), and performance of the agreement to which you are a party (art. 6 part 1 clause 5).

The Operator does not send newsletters, advertising or notifications about new services, and does not use your data for any other purpose.

Like any web server, the site's server records technical requests: IP address, date and time, requested page, and browser identifier. These entries are created automatically, are used only to keep the site running and to protect it against attacks, are not linked to your identity and are not used to identify visitors.

The Operator does not transfer your data to third parties, does not sell it and does not publish it — except where the Operator is obliged to do so by law, at the request of authorised state bodies.

Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out.

Photographs taken during a shoot are transferred to the client and are not published anywhere by default.

Individual shots may be shown in the Operator's portfolio — on this site or on social media — only with the separate consent of the person depicted, as required by art. 152.1 of the Civil Code. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, after which the photographs will be removed from public access.

Data is stored for as long as is necessary for the purposes above, and thereafter for the period required by law (in particular, for accounting and tax purposes).

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, write to eeiphoto@yandex.ru — the Operator will respond within the period established by law.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Roskomnadzor as the supervisory authority for personal data protection.

The Operator takes the legal, organisational and technical measures necessary to protect data against unauthorised access, and restricts access to it to the Operator alone.
